How much money could this generate for charities?

We estimate that each person that uses SeekAndGive.com everyday for a year can generate approximately $10.95 for charities without buying from our store or partner stores.  If you buy from our store or from one of our affiliate partners you can generate substantially more.  It quickly adds up! Are the search results going to be as good as the search engine I am using now?

Well if you're like most people you are probably using Google for all of your searches and since SeekAndGive.com is powered by Google, you will get the same high-quality search results!

Where does the money come from?

Advertising and Affiliate program commissions.

Do the users ever have to pay anything?

Not unless they want to buy something from our store or partner stores.

What percentage of revenue goes to the charities?

SeekAndGive.com is a website with a mission which involves generously giving to charities. We give a minimum of 50 percent of revenues received from advertising and affiliate programs to the Charities designated by our users.  Other examples of companies which donate a percentage of their revenues or profits to good causes include TOMS Shoes, Newman's Own, Ethos Water, and Ben & Jerry's.

What percentage of donations raised goes to charities?

100% of the donation money raised displayed on the SeekAndGive.com home page goes to Charities.

How can I see a list of the recommended charities?

Simply click on the recommended charities link or go to our blog at seekandgive.blogspot.com to recommend a charity.

Does SeekAndGive.com donate to more than one cause?

Yes, of course. We can support as many causes as you'd like,  as long as we have at least $50 to give to a charity, we will give it..

How do I raise money for charities by Shopping?

By buying from our Shop or by clicking over to one of our partner merchants from our site and then making a purchase, charities earn money. The more you shop, the more they make! Add up the money generated from all of your shopping and the shopping done by all of the other people who use our site, and we can make a real difference!

How does it work?

Simply go to the SeekAndGive Shop link or our Partner Stores link.  At our shop simply find the items you want to purchase and purchase them and 50% of the commission we receive will go to charity.  At our partner stores, click on a link or logo (clicking on the merchant's link will take you to their site) and start shopping! A percentage of your purchase will go to charities.

Where does the money come from?

When you shop through SeekAndGive.com and at one of our retail partners, SeekAndGive is paid a commission we then donate 50% of that to charities.

How much can I generate for charities by shopping through SeekAndGive.com?

The commission we receive from our shop and partner stores is different but it can range anywhere from 1% to 25% and above of the total sale.  The total amount raised can quickly add up and their is no limit. The more people that shop through SeekAndGive, the more money that will be given to charities. There is no limit on how much money we will give to charities!  Here's an estimate of how much can be earned:

Am I paying more to shop through SeekAndGive.com?

No way! Absolutely not! Our Shop has great deals at discounted prices and shopping at our partner stores is exactly the same as going to the retailer directly except for the fact that your helping Charities by coming to our site first.  You receive the same prices and level of service. The retailers are responsible for collecting payment, shipping and returns.

When does the amount for donations raised get updated?

We post the amount for donations raised on a weekly basis.

How can my company participate?

When will the charities be given donations?

We will send each recommended charity a check once a year in December for the funds earned through SeekAndGive.com during the year. The minimum check sent is $50. If there is an organization that we can’t donate at least $50 to, we will donate the remainder to the charity receiving the highest amount of votes. The Charities donated too and the amount of funds allocated to each charity will be based on the vote of users. The vote will occur every November at SeekAndGive.blogspot.com, voting will start on Nov 1 and end on Nov 30th.

How does the voting work?

Starting Nov. 1st we will list all of the Charities that have been recommended by our users on our blog at SeekAndGive.blogspot.com to be voted on until Nov. 30th.  Each user will be able to vote once for the cause they want money donated too.  Here is an example of the amount of money donated to charities based on the votes of users, it is based on $100,000 raised for the year:
